Getting started
Here is what you need to join, and what to do in your first minutes.
What you need
- Minecraft: Java Edition 26.3. Set your launcher to 26.3 before you join. Bedrock Edition can't join.
- An original (premium) Minecraft account. Cracked or offline accounts can't join.
- Nothing else. SkyTycoonCraft is free to play.
The server address is play.skytycooncraft.net. It uses the usual port, 25565, so there is nothing more to type. skytycooncraft.net works too.
Four steps to your first Lira
- Add the server. Open Minecraft Java Edition 26.3, go to Multiplayer, choose Add Server and enter
play.skytycooncraft.net. - Land in the hub. Every time you join, you start in a small town floating above the clouds. The hub is peaceful: there is no PvP here.
- Walk through a gate. The Survival gate is straight ahead of where you spawn. The Skyblock gate is on the east side of the plaza, to your right.
- Come back anytime. Type
/hubfrom anywhere. The Survival gate brings you back to where you left off, and the Skyblock gate takes you to your island.
Once you are in a world, type /shop to open the Bazaar, where you can sell what you collect for Lira. /wallet shows how much you have in the world you are standing in.
Pick a world
Play both: each world has its own wallet and its own skill levels.
- Survival is the full Minecraft world, with the Nether and the End, plus everything SkyTycoonCraft adds.
- Skyblock starts you on a tiny island over the void, and you grow it from there.
Play in Turkish or English
Set Minecraft to Turkish (Türkçe) in Options, then Language. The shop, menus, messages and sidebar follow your Minecraft language. Every other language reads English.
If the server is sleeping
When nobody is online, the server can go to sleep. Its entry in your server list then says that SkyTycoonCraft is sleeping. Join to wake it up. If you are not let in straight away, wait a little and join again.
